COVID-19 Policies

We work hard to keep all patients and staff safe and healthy. We ask that you kindly follow the clinic guidelines listed below.

• All patients and staff must be fully vaccinated. Please bring a copy of your vaccination card to your first appointment.

• Masks must be worn at all times.

• If you arrive early, please wait in the chair outside the office until your PT is ready for you.

• We ask only the patient comes to the visit, unless a guardian or caregiver is needed.

• All equipment will be sanitized after each use.

• Please stay home if feeling ill, or if you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19.
